Instructions for first use:

Ensure a calm environment and relaxed atmosphere when you put the ThunderShirt® on your dog for the first time. Reward your dog with a treat so that he associates the waistcoat with something positive.
The next step is to put the waistcoat on your dog as described below and leave it on for approx. 5-10 minutes. Observe your dog's reaction to wearing it and reward him.

Hints for putting it on:

Lay the calming waistcoat flat on your dog's back and loosely close the Velcro around the neck. Make sure you still have 2 fingers between the waistcoat and your dog. Now wrap the first belly strap around your dog and close the second strap over it so that the ThunderShirt® fits comfortably.
